That’s why we built MISFITS LA.

Not as a brand. Not as an aesthetic. But as a home. For the women who have always colored outside the lines. For the ones who never quite fit cleanly into any box — so they built their own.

Because if you’ve ever felt like a contradiction, you’re not confused.
If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much,” you’re not.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re falling behind — you’re right on time.

Who We Are

MISFITS LA is more than a digital zine (with a print edition on its way soon!). It’s a living archive of overlooked brilliance — a space where we spotlight the stories, art, music, fashion, and voices of women reclaiming their narratives on their own terms.

We’re based in Los Angeles, but we speak to anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider. Our community is powered by vulnerability, sharp wit, vibrant colors, soft hearts, and the kind of rebellion that starts with radical self-expression.

We love it messy. We love it bold. And we love it when people like you find us and think, “Finally. Something that gets me.”
